Due to Chloe and I have the same holiday in Feb, we just quickly decided that grab our passport and jump on airplane then visit here.
The weather still maintain cold, and we want to re-experience something here.
To be honest, this is the first time we try the okonomiyaki in Japan.
Though there are amount of restaurant in Taiwan, we still want to try local flavor.
We want to try different type of the dish, so we select something looks good.

Second, you may try squeezed some lemon juice on the squid.
A little sour will be change some new page of flavor.

The noodles was so seasoned and side dish really suitable for all the meal.
麵條軟而不爛,醬油的味道都融入到麵條裡,更不用談新鮮的高麗菜和肉塊。

In order to have an unforgettable memory in this dinner, we choice the name of this restaurant.
Do not to mention that this must their chef's special.
千房燒上桌的時候,服務生才會幫我們擠上美乃滋(而且還是手舉半空中擠誒)再用刮刀做出像是扇貝一樣的花紋,之前有看過服務生會畫麵包超人的還以為這次也有福利?
總之在分食的時候還看到一隻超大隻的蝦子!肉質Q彈而且殼肉分離很徹底,代表確實是新鮮的呢,千房燒本身也很軟綿好吃,照燒醬跟美乃滋完美搭配在一塊。
我吃過最棒的搭配大概是撒上滿滿的海苔粉和柴魚片,味道滿級分👍
